Late, no shows, and cancelation policy.

 

     In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 15min late or more will have to reschedule. No shows will have to put a deposit down on their next appointment. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling's at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you made the appointment that day please notify us 3 hours prior to the service.

Service Guarantee

     Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your service or within 24hours after the service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and having you leave happy.
